Last year I purchesed a 2005 GMC Envoy . Within a month or so I noted the brakes were bad . I also noted the dip stick was rusted. THey not only charged me for a new dip stip they charged me $69.95 to INSTALL it. As time went on thru the winter I noticed the paint pealing from both the front and rear bumpers. not to mention the new tires I had installed ending up rubbing agaist the wheel well. this past June of 2011 the back glass hatch fell off one of its hinges. After taking it to a glass company who told me I would have to buy a new panel, because the glass is munufacturer installed. I then took it to a body shop who told me that the glass was installed by mastik after the fact and that the envoy was in a front and rear collision and made to cover up. I contacted the dealership told them of my finding. They did not question it. The just told me to bring it in and they would take care of the situation. I did. telling them I wanted a SUV they showed me others with no high milage. stating that the only vehicle they had was a 2008 Malibu. Five  hours later they came to me with a contract stating that they continued with the same payment just $8.00 more. They did not state that I had just bought another vehicle from them that was $7000.00 more than my current payment. They just kept on saying that my payment was $338.00 and to just initial these boxes and sign here. Well it wasn't till I got home that I reviewed it indetail only to find out they sold me a vehicle from scratch with 72 months of payment. They did not give me any credit for the other vehicle nor the $6000.00 I originally put down. I took the contract to a lawyer to eview who stated That I was taken by the company as the just took the GMC Envoy back from me and flat out sold me another vehicle with no credit to the situation or the Envoy. Again within a month the brakes on the Malibu began to grind I took it back to them who stated that there is rust on the rotors and would be needing returned. This at a price of $140.00 keep in mind I just BOUGHT this vehicle. Now I found out that one of the wheel bearing needs repacked. Oh! this is covered under my warrenty they said.  I have been taken by this company now twice and although I cannot afford a lawyer they know they can have their way with me. HEEELP
