First of all, let me say this loud and clear, this was not written by a Jenny Pogue. Jenny Pogue is not a relation of mine, never bought a puppy from her, I am NOT Jenny Pogue. I myself have never called any authority on Jessica. So if one is reading between the lines, there are multiple people taking issue with this breeder's practices and some (not me) are reporting her to the avenues they felt appropriate. Which all I can say is good for them!

And for the person who thinks my name is Roy, no, my name is not Roy either, you must not be from around here since that is the name of a town that Jessica herself claims to be located in, at least in some of her ads. You must be a customer from out of state, which is funny that you are so viciously defending a person you have likely never met in person, rather than listening to what is being said.

You have likely never stepped foot in Washington state, let alone on her property...the majority of the people defending her are probably not local either since she pushes transport (a form of shipping a puppy) every other day on her page, and she made it her practice as her numbers have grown to keep as few purchasers as possible from coming to her property, even after they have money down, except in very RARE instances.

This report was written to make certain to let people know that this breeder is showing obvious signs of being a puppy mill. People don't just wake up and have a puppy mill on their hands one day, they purchase/sell, purchase/sell, and purchase/sell dogs while breeding litter after litter. Next thing you know, they have dozens upon dozens of animals on their hands. Which unless you are raising a herd of cattle or flock of sheep or a herd of goats etc. these numbers are outrageous to any sane person.

There seem to be a few concerns about the business (home) address being posted on here, (as well as Facebook, which I personally have never posted any person's address on Facebook so there are very clearly more people who have taken issue with Jessica's practices than one person!) but when you fill out the form it asks for the address.

Apparently those of you who are upset believe that the address of a local gas station or store is what should have been posted? Since that is where she does all of her business anyway at this time? This has nothing to do with any children so the only ones involving them are Jessica's defenders dragging them into things, as well as Jessica herself.

Since some of the people who have responded to this report have been whining about personal and safety issues, let me enlighten you...addresses are PUBLIC record and further, this woman runs a business, that is right, a business called Country Nightz Ranch, so if she pays taxes (which I certainly hope she does!!!) she likely lists her home address as her place of business. Although at this point perhaps it should be the local gas station I guess, since she no longer allows anyone on her property after some people have been realizing things are horribly wrong.

So if she desires and requires privacy due to people who have come into her life, perhaps a different line of work is best for her right now. Walmart is almost always hiring and no one at Walmart would have any reason to share her address publicly, assuming they even have it. With how paranoid this woman is, she should have a security detail following her around.

When she claims there is no concern for her children's safety, she must be the first one responsible for that safety and if she is making choices that are putting them in (true) danger, it can be blamed on no one else. So if she decides to continue in this profession (if it could be called a profession) and it does put her children in danger as she claims, then there is likely validity to the CPS complaints she speaks of.

These are indeed all names of dogs that WERE bred in the past few years, or that are being groomed to be bred so it is a lie for Jessica to try to pretend that she is not/was not responsible for them, although the person from out of state thinks Jessica sold them ALL already, so who knows. If that is the case then they are not members of the family as is being claimed everywhere she advertises.

Then another person on this report believes that these are her rescues being misconstrued, but I can assure you that none of these were rescues, they were breeders or dogs she bred to breed. If they were rescues they should absolutely not be bred as that is not how any responsible breeder behaves. Bottom line, no transparency and too many lies to know who or what to believe. If you were a responsible breeder the list wouldn't be 40 names long and counting in the span of 2 years. Did forget a few, Benson, Gunnar, Clover, and Noel and probably still forgetting others.

I see that there are those who had positive experiences with Jessica but that does not mean everyone had the same experience as your own, nor does it change the things some have been seeing that do in fact line up with the signs of a puppy mill. And each person should be able to share their reviews of a business but since she deletes and scrubs anyone who tries to comment or ask questions that she doesn't like where would she like a person who has been unfriended/blocked to post at this point?

Perhaps this could have been posted to one of her pages if she allowed it, as a review, but since she doesn't, it is not allowed to be shared at all? Only those who worship her feet are allowed to share their experiences? At this point, one could not go public with any of this because obviously there are some very vicious followers of this woman, next she will be starting a cult with the following she has. Or we will see her at the local Walmart with a sign and a pen of puppies.

Everyone on this thread keeps making the excuses for this Frenchie litter and blaming the doctor but the doctor is not the person who made the decision to breed the dog. Jessica is mating dogs every few weeks which is wrong. End of story. If you could see past the end of your noses you might realize that, unless you have the same backwards thinking. So to claim anything is being insinuated or twisted here is purely being taken how you defenders have chosen to take it.

To the claims that there is no evidence to back any of this up, that is absolutely false and pictures are being posted with this report. Hopefully you will allow that information to digest and reevaluate your faith in this breeder. To say that she has one Dalmatian litter right now (lemon) and no more the rest of the year is a scary thought...

I hope that she didn't somehow accidentally kill the whole tri color Dalmatian litter that was due in November, or the long coat Dalmatian litter that was also due in November. She had a LUA coming in December as well as many more since that is how she makes her money. Sorry if you don't like it, but those are the facts according to her advertisements and posts.

What a sad world we live in where a person who lists some facts and tries to warn of a very scary situation is sworn at and deemed garbage, false, shameful, misleading, slander, ridiculous, pitiful, wrong, despicable, worthless, underhanded and sketchy, and they are titled an spiteful, awful person. At least a lawsuit from Jessica would require all of her records to be made public. Then those who are intelligent would be able to realize, if they haven't already, that there is no doubt about the puppy mill claims being made against Jessica Anne Marie Davidson.

Yes. IT IS A PUPPY MILL. Anyone that produces 2-3 litters a month by parents that don't have OFA health testing and CHIC #'s is a puppy mill. There is no other word for is. She also seems very unstable and I would not trust my personal information with her.

She has said I've called CPS, Animal Control and whatever else on her but I have never once called the authorities of any kind on her. I do know other people that have called animal control on her, but not me. She can try to redirect whatever negativity she wants my way but in the end her response to me calling her out as a puppy mill is immature and childish. I have not made any unfounded accusations as she is doing. I did not write either one of these Rip off reports, there are many other people out there that do not agree with what she it doing.

You may ask why I feel the need to step in and make myself heard? Well, in the Spring of this year there was a HORRIBLE puppymill busted in Maryland where 27 dogs (mostly Dalmatians) were found dead and the rest living in liquid sewage. Well, she has a very similar operation going breeding longhair, lemon, tri-color and other recessive traits most reputable breeders avoid. I believe she was also mentored by the man responsible for that Maryland puppymill.

She also has many avid followers that will support her tooth and nail. Just as Maryland owner John Roberts did even AFTER he was arrested for the death of 27 dogs. So, I felt I needed to say something to help bring awareness to this puppymill situation in Yelm, Washington before it gets to the point of the one in Maryland. At least now I can say I have done what I can.

Please people, think about this. She's trying to make me come across as crazy. Why? Because that's her only defense. She thinks I'm scared of the competition? I run a very small reputable breeding program where I have 1 litter a year from fully health tested parents and I don't even charge what she does. How would that threaten me? I've never had trouble placing my puppies.

I care about the DOGS and PUPPIES at her mill. How can these dogs possibly be living good lives when they're used as machines? The lucky ones don't work out as breeders and are sold off.

 To begin, I don’t know what awful person would put the home address on this site AND Facebook but that is not okay to put children in possible danger. Clearly this person is doing anything and pulling out all the stops they can to bring spite and danger to Jessica.

Getting our Dalmatian from Jessica was a very pleasant experience and she was open and kind about everything. Her dogs live in her house with her and her family and are very loved. When puppies are young she wears gloves and protects them at all costs.

She health tests and dna tests her dogs so she knows what’s being carried on in her dogs lines. Many breeders breed more than one type of breed. She shouldn’t be attacked for that. Also, she has one Dalmatian litter right now and will not have any more this year so many litters coming is incorrect.

She also takes in rescues that people have misconstrued as her own dogs. Also, to speak on a litter of Frenchie puppies where the vet f**ked up and mislead people to insinuate it was her fault is ridiculous. What other information are you twisting?

Jessica puts her heart and soul into these dogs Leave her and her personal details out of this pitiful attack on her.

 I have a dog from Jess and we are close friends all the dogs you have listed she doesn't even have anymore. So right there we know you are filing false information. Jess is an amazing breeder. I would buy a pup from her a million times over.

If you didn't like her contract you shouldn't of got a pup from her. And no it doesn't save her a*s in everyway it protects that puppy in everyway. And yes there may have been a few bad owners to her pups but you have to give people chances. She didn't know how they were.

There is only so much you can find out about a person. Like You for instance. She should take her pup back from YOU. Your worthless. End of story.

 Jenny Pogue is using this platform to wrongfully bash her competitor, Country Nightz Ranch. She has no evidence to back anything she has said. This is shameful and wrong, and I encourage CNR to use all legal avenues available to them to get justice against this libel. Because that's what it is, pure libel. Where is Jenny's proof of unethical breeding practices?

Proof that the dogs are kept in cages? Proof of puppy mill conditions, or really, proof of any claim she's made? I have personally done business with CNR, and would do so again. Any consumer reading this report must take it with a large grain of salt. This is a breeder attempting to ruin the reputation of another breeder in order to wipe out competition.

That is a despicable practice, and should be punished by all legal means possible. I would caution doing any business with Jenny Pogue if this is the kind of underhanded, sketchy tactics she uses.

 Why is JENNY POGUE of Spokane Washington so threatened by me that she’s targeting me, and is now bashing me, my family and my dogs and has now posted my address publicly which is a direct threat to me and my children, as many of you know I am a domestic violence survivor, my address being public directly puts my kids in harms way.

I have been repeatedly target by this lady. She has called animal control, CPS, police everything she can think of. I have been investigated over 12 times this year all have been deemed lies. She is harassing me. CONSTANTLY. Because she’s childish and doesn’t like the competition.

If cps , animal control and police have done thorough investigations so many times this year and have found NOTHING WRONG with my home, my kids, my dogs or the care they receive WHY WONT SHE STOP! I will be pursuing charges with an attorney and filling a lawsuit. I want this to stop.

I am so tired of constantly being harassed. My dogs are well loved and well cared for. And the fact people just want to sit here and bash me, my family and my dogs is absolutely not acceptable. There is no concern for my kids safety.

My kids are under a protected Court order for the physical abuse they went out through by my ex who in fact has been crazy enough to break into my home and assault us in the past. Her claim that I do not health test my dogs is just plain untrue.

Anyone with a basic understanding of health testing, knows that it is very simple to look up on the ofa website and see the many health tests I have done on my dogs. Their health testing is ALL public information. Jenny pogue knows this and has chosen to ignore the truth and simply post lies.

In fact unlike many breeders, I go a step further and DNA health test even though OFA does not require it to get a chic number. Most of the dogs she posted here are co-owned with other breeders and friends of mine. When one breeder verbally assaults another breeder by calling them a puppy mill, it is similar to a four letter word.

The reality is, that "puppy mills” are horrendous places where hundreds of dogs suffer extremely neglect and abuse. All in the name of profit. All that it takes to know that I am not a puppy mill and that I LOVE my dogs, is to look at the thousands of photos I post of my dogs, our adventures, our pups chinos, and their interactions with my children on a DAILY basis.

The term puppy mill should not be used lightly just to derail the competition with an ugly label. Obviously no matter what I do I will never please her, and many like her. The reality is that you can’t make everybody happy. However there should be the common decency to not put innocent children and dogs at risk by posting their home address on a public forum, and the professional curtsey of not using the ugly label like "puppy mill” when it is clearly not called for.

If you want to see what a puppy mill really looks like, GOOGLE IT, they are dogs who are neglected, abused and miss treated daily. They live in hell, and wire kennels where their paws are constantly getting sores from, they don’t interact with people, and never have been on grass. They don’t get routine vet care, vet exams, they don’t get to go on vacations, or get pupchinos every day.

The dams are bred dozens of times... and most until death. We love our dogs and make TONS of sacrifices for our dogs, so that they get the best life possible. At the end of the day, I can rest peacefully knowing that my dogs and Children are well cared for, and loved.

However what will now keep me up at night is the constant fear of a former abuser or radical idealist showing up at my home, where my kids are sleeping.

 I have gotten 2 dogs from this ranch and this is totally false. All dogs were vetted, flee treated, micro chipped and well care for. The French bulldog litter was a vet error and so the vet did not even charge for the bill.

I purchased my second dog shortly after that happened and spoke in detail with her about it she was very upset. Since this person thinks it is okay to post this and personal information and cause safety issues with her lies, I reached out to her to give her my attorneys phone number to contact this website to get a court order to reveal who this is and sue.

I pray that she is able to do so. She is one of the most caring breeders I have ever seen and loves her dogs. Slander is slander and you should be ashamed of yourself for posting this garbage.
