CountryWide Home Loans, Bank Of America Home Loans, American Home Mortgage As a first Home Buyer I was told that my mortgage would be no more than, at the worst, all inclusive, 1100.00 a month but at closing it went up substantially, as well, a year after, even though I was told that my Escrow was included in the 1000.00 a month mortgage payment,it went up 300.00 plus after that. puting my amount at a whopping 1400.00-1500.00 a month. They Baited me with a low mortgage quote, at closing it had gone up some and after a year it went up 300.00 plus extra a month when I was told that at closing, the amount given, was the final amount with everything included into that amount.

Escrow

Escrow amounts change annually. Mine has fluxuated between 100-200 dollars up and down annually (My payment has been between 650-900 a month, currenty 824$)
It all depends on insurance rates and property taxes. If your insurance rate goes up, the amount escrowed will go up. If property values go up, the escrow will go up.
The mortgage company does not control this fluxuation in prices.
