No doubt they have the FTC madated paper you signed or initialed during the purchase that stated that the vehicle did not come with a warranty from the seller.  It's part of every used car sale.  They don't have to give you a copy.

If you didn't sign such a form, the worst you can do is report them to the FTC for a regulation violation.  It's a government agency, so don't expect anything to actually happen.

That's all beside the point.   While you mention that the transmission broke before 90 days, you did not mention what sort of warranty you got on the vehicle.   Used car sales are assumed to be "as is" unless you have a written warranty from the seller.  If your paperwork includes a 90 day warranty, you've got a case.   If it doesn't, then you can't just make up an arbitrary warranty period.

If you purchased a USED vehicle, then it is AS IS. Unless you have PAPERWORK staing otherwise, its AS IS. There is no help for your situation as you purchased a USED vehicle. ALL used vehicles are AS IS unless stated by state law or paperwork offering an extended warrenty. Pay the money and get back to your life. This is just the cost of BUYING USED and nothing more. They are under NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to do ANYTHING for you other then collect any payments owed.
