We are in a small retirement community of 88 homes which the backs 44 homes face a private roadway owned by a Super walmart.   The roadway is approximately 20 feet from the backs of our homes.  There is a a 3 foot tall curb and verticle barrier between our property and the Walmart  roadway.  Behind this small barrier is a 5 foot  wide nature area with tree’s that belongs to our property . And a 6 foot cinder block wall between our back patio area and our tree’s.

The Walmart rodway runs about ¼ of a mile  across the backside of Walmart and our property.  The roadway is used as a link between the dealerships on one end, and the dealers automobile inventory storage lot on the other ened.

The drivers moving the vehicles between the dealers and the storage lot, race the new cars, guuning the engines and driving reckless.   They also use the back side of the Walmart Store wall to congregatre, and stage their cars taking photo’s for the dealers. 

Being only 20 feet from them we hear are constanly disturbed by racing engines, fast moving cars across our backyards, and the noise pollution from the drivers. 

We have pleaded the managers for over a year to slow the cars down and reduce the noise pollution and stop using the area 20 feet from our backyard patio’s as their photo gathering center. 

We have people here in their mid-80’s and older that are disabled and on our last years of life.  And, many with serious health issues.  We bought home here because it was a quite and safe community, but the dealerships continue and knowingly infringed on our rights to peace and tranquility.

In addition, buyers should be aware that brand new cars and SUV’s are being driven radically at excessive speeds, which which cannot be good on the brand new engines.
