Courthouse Green charges people with bad credit alot of money to move in. They charged me 1800.00. Well, not only me, but all my neighbors that I met as well. Everybody's credit couldn't be the same.
On top of that, they charged me $850 a month in rent. Actually, $770 for rent about $10 for an ice maker, $20 washer dryer hookup, $20 for a view of the woods, and $20 because it was a end unit.
They did not come and make repairs on time. One of the women who worked on the maintence crew even fall through a floor in an apartment, so they paid her not to sue.
They also talk about you to other tenants once you move out. We moved out on a tuesday, and by wednesday evening they moved somebody else in. They then told the new tenant that I was a mechanic, and that is why the carpet
The truth is that they had black dirt in front of the door, and everytime maintence men came, they tracked it through the house. I complained on several occassions, and I even had the carpet cleaned. However, I did not get reimbursed for it, and they did it all over again.

I lived Courthouse Green 6427 Statute ST
from nov 1989 to april 1998,
I was the one who put up a privacy fence accross the back of the patio . the end apartment.
I was satisfied with my apartment , was no problem
I did not like it when the rasied the rent , but no problem with the grounds or personel in the office.
They were as I expected,
Now I do not know how much , how bad they have gotten since 1998.
But I like it there !

People with bad credit do have to pay more,,but they are assested and not all charged the same.
You dont have the correct info about your rent. You must have been looking at the computer screen in the office, and didnt read it correctly.
In order to make repairs, you have to call them in. You cant expect us to read your mind, and know what is wrong.
I am the woman who fell thru the ceiling from the attic. We were responding to a complaint made the day before. I did not get paid to not sue,if I did I still wouldnt be working there.
We do not talk about tenants to other tenants.
We do not move people in the next day, we paint, maintenance, and clean the apartments after people move out,and this can take several days to complete.
It is very doubtful our maintence personal tracked dirt all thru you apartment. If this really was the the case,management would have investigated and responded.
I dont know where you got you information from,
I had a good laugh after i saw this.
