This individual used my personal information to obtain credit cards, an apartment, and a car lease using me as a guarantor under his companies which are not even operational. This man pretends to be a successful businessman. He is a scam artist. Unfortunately, the law is not able to intervene as he uses his company names in conjunction with the victim, therefore everything turns into a civil matter and not a criminal case.

He still has in his possession the vehicle he leased under my name; and has refused to return it to the bank. He disappeared with no trace. According to the law enforcement, this man has fraud cases in Atlanta, Florida, and now in California.
