The guy that hit me was clearly at fault according to (2) eye witnesses and evidence examined. They have a $1M dollar policy and only want to give me 10k, out of all the expenses, and lost wages. These guys are stalling for eight months, making a hostile environment, raising cost of claims. The supporting police report will be attached.
