CowBoom DealTree, Best Buy Sold junk. Won't accept return. Poor service from Best Buy. Internet

Sold refurbished item as new. Refused return. I opened the item after contacting them and being denied a return (past 30 days). The zoom button will not move and there is a line across the screen when you record. I really did not expect this from Best Buy.

There is a sticker on it that says refurbished. I used their online support to ask if this was new prior to ordering. I travel for work and bought this in advance for a gift. I was traveling and had it sent to the recipient. They waited until their birthday to open it. I contacted them that day. After they said no return I opened it. It came in a clear bag so you could see the refurb sticker without opening. Once I resigned I was stuck with it I opened it and used it and there is a line across the screen.

Why would you wait more than 30 days before returning the item?

Had you bothered to read their return policy, I think you would have fully expected this.
