I did a very time-consuming mystery shopping (restaurant review) and was never paid. I was told I had to pay cash and would be reimbursed ($85) plus the $25 payment for doing it. They won't return my phone calls or emails and it's going on 4 months now. When you call accounting no one ever answers the phone no matter what time of day. Steer clear of this company!

Dinner reimbursement

It used to be a great company. Now they have paid the shop fee, but not the $80 reimbursement promised for the dinner, which you have to put out of your own money. Accounting has told me twice, 'They will get around to it.’ Their third response it it is a 'backend issue’ and they will reimburse in another 30 days. (60 days from when the shop was completed.)

I have worked with Coyle for years. I have always been paid by them. There are a lot of people new to this industry that don't follow directions and they don't get paid. All you need to do is e-mail them. If there was a problem with your report they should have let you know.
