reason #4 - They broke the Telemarketing law!! In other words... they should of stated in their ads that you needed to do p***s exercises. They didnt. They deceived people.

CP Direct was shut down because they continued to charge customers' credit cards after the initial order was sent. In other words they stole money from innocent customers and then minimally set up a "Customer Service Dept." to handle the influx of calls. This is not a new game for Passafiume & Consolis.

I'm sure you can all figure out who I am. I worked in Customer Service for a while. There was a lot of through the grape vine roumors and at times it was stressful. I would go back to work for that company if they would let me in a heart beat.

I agree that there were a lot of bitter employees there but, there was always one thing that they did not complain about was the money. I wish the owners would start up another business and hire me back. I am a full time student and now have to do a lot more work and get paid less.

I agree with you I don't believe that there was anything illegal. I would love to get involved but, because of my future carreer choice I probably should not.

Does anyone know how I can get involved without being out on any documents maybe anonymously? I did not know a lot of this stuff all I know is that I loved my job and I really need it back.

I agree with you Rob. It was a good job and If they were to start up another business I hope that would hire us back. I do miss working with everyone at CP Direct. Warfield is the crooked one. He refuses to talk to anyone and to this day no one has been compisated. If they were allowed to stay in business everyone would have got their money.

I would like to say it is nice to finally see ex-employees saying something nice about this company. I worked in the mailroom and wherehouse and loved every minute of it. It was a great job with great people. People that didn't complain while they were making so much money for doing so little work.

The state claims they were not crediting people... then why were the owners in the wherehouse everyday making sure the credits were being done by the dates required.

The state claims we were not shipping product out...then why did we have a full time Fedex employee and 3 Post office pickups a day. Everyday I took returns up to the girls to be credited...these were not all unsatisfied people, there were also alot of people that were thanking them for making such a great product.

Basically this was a way for the State of Arizona to make alot of money fast. I think if they had done some research before they put 100 employees out of work and added to the unemployment rate they would have found that everything was done right and legally.

Wendy is so fast to file claims against the owners...if I remember correctly she is the same person that was about to be fired due to bad attendance. People say rotten things about the owners...what about when they paid for a funeral they didn't have to, gave advances on pay(over and over again), allowed employees to come back to work even after they just up and quit and when they would help out employees by just talking to them about personal problems.

Claudia was angry because she didn't understand her job...took on to much with not alot of brain to retain the info. Even after all the screwups she caused and Laura had to fix they let her stay because they knew she was having a rough time at home. Such bad people huh...

I have no reason to hide my face while being interviewed on tv and have no reason to state anything false towards these people. They loved that company and all they ever asked from the employees was for them to do their jobs well. I am glad to hear they are doing well and I miss ya as well Suzanne.

The state obtained a warrent for sizure in May of 2002 off lies of McKeever's statement to the DPS Agents and the Attorney Generals office. The agents knew Mckeever had a ax to grind with the owner and what investigation did they due and there due dilligence did they to his alligations "NONE" and it will be shown as the case unfolds. I have inside information that they defendants attorneys have new information to bring the state down to there knees and release the false claims.

The state fears if the attornys for the defendants obtain false information on how they obtained that order to raid the fortune of CP Direct the case will be dismissed and splashed in front of Judge Fields and the Media. There states witness will have to take a deposition and it will all come out "LIES".

Remember you cannot have a case on here-say from the agent White's affidavit to the court. So McKeever will have to surface and tell the truth him his wife and kids and not statements that he gave to create this path of disaster for the company and there owners.Many other will be deposed to you can be assured of that. The owner only have the truth to tell not lies like the state and McKeever and all there great witnesses. Someone should ask them for a list of there witnesses. It's a JOKE.

I here if this happens there will be a large lawsuit field in the county of Maricopa and Johnie Cockrin will be called and has already then retained for this case in his LA Offices. Cockrin will love a RACE baited case especially here in a town were the state they are so ratial to begin with.

So maybe the attorneys for the case should call first Mckeever and his fake wife for a deposition and see all his lies and cross examin him and his so called wife on the made up molestation case. His former boss he did the same thing to extortion see the pattern here. McKeever was paid off by his former boss and he stayed home for three years that is the money he extorted from him three years of salery.

The lies of the sacks/bags of money to Las Vegas which were none and it was established by the state it was another lie. His hand was in the bag of the some money of the owner he had him carry it to gamble with and he took some of the winnings for his child molested and abused children.There never was sacks of Money another lie to obtain the warrent.

The state they are RATIAL PROFILING on this case because they are Italians for the North East.So they are in for a good fight here and we the former employees are glad they are standing up for what is right here.

I think the state of Arizona the decision makers here have alot to think about. And should have done there homework before moving on a false statement of McKeevers. They did not even get a signed affidavid from him a statement. They knew he was bull-s**t and still made the move.

If they say the product was false and the advertising was false how come four other companies are doing it here in Scottsdale. The one company Magnum RX states in there magazine ads permanent results and 5 Inches guarenteed. And they are located on Evans Rd in the Scottsdale Airpark now can anyone figure out why they are still in business if the p***s pill did not work and they are like many others still selling the same blend as CP Direct was. If it was all false the consumer exposure would bring all the companies down not just one. RACE BASED

There is another company on Camelback called Collosal makeing the same claims. If the product was so bad why is the consumer responce to these companies so large that they can spend $85,000.00 per page in Maxim Magazine. What is this selective procecution and that only certain people can make still make a good buck off p***s pills.

There is another guy right on Greenway Hayden Loop. He claims he is the large building in his ads the picture is there. But in reality he is in the Mail Box etc or Mail n More on the corner of 64th and Greenway. It was a former employee of CP Direct and his girlfriend Wendy Thomas holds the company in here name.

IF CP Direct was so bad whey were they singled out? Oh or maybe the other companies still selling p***s pills with a promis of a larger p***s 5 inches here in Scottsdale they are not Italian like the CP Direct group so they can continue I guess. Maybe that is the answer we will have to look into that or I will leave it up to the attorneys to figure that out maybe they did already.

I normally would not waste my time on this but someone else brought it my attention and I wanted to thank Rob. I am not sure if he is using his real name or not, if he is then I know who you are and appreciate your comments. You are absolutely right about everything. I wish so many of the old employees knew just how much I miss them.

We had a great group of people and I am so sorry that CP Direct was brought down by Travis McKeever (actually his name is Thomas). I guess if I were him I would use an alias too. Although many may not want to hear this, the owners of the company are doing fine.

They had so much more going for them than just CP Direct. I just feel badly that so many innocent people had to be stripped of their employment. And as for customers seeking credits, they would have their credits if we were still in business.

Why don't you ask Lawrence Warfield, the Receiver why he disconnected the phone lines and allowed the web site address to expire and be taken by another company. The State of AZ, not CP Direct, is making it literally impossible for these customers to be credited. Thank you again Rob. Wendy and C from scottsdale you are wrong about the company that we all worked for. It was the best job and we all agreed on that at one point or another that it was. They paid well and they made our lives easy during the course of the business day.

So just because they are closed down dont knock them as trying to get a class action lawsuit against them. For what loosing your job due to the state coming in on lies from that Gay Travis Mckeever. I heard that he tried to get the owner on a child molistation case on his son.

But when his lies back fired when the dectective wanted to speak to McKeevers son alone Travis said my son has been through enough and dropped the case against the owner of CP Direct. Don't you think he had something to hide his lies to the Scottsdale Police. Why the son would have said to the detective his dad made him say it. I think a child protective services should be called against this molester. He dreams up all this stuff because he was Molested as a child by his father in Helena Montana and he is probably molesting his on sons as he is GAY!

Not being sucessful with the molistation charges he moved on with another motive to destroy the company that would not give him any more money by extortion.when one failed he moved to his next motuive. He told numerious people he was going to Kill a close friend of the family in cold blood.

He went to the Attorny Generals office with a made up story and they bought into it. Mckeever loved every minuet of it because they said he can keep the $235,000.00 he extorted out of the company for him and so called family. Ya he is a family man while he was working for the company I heard through the grape vine and the employees know how he persuied the owner like a love sick puppie. And the owner wanted nothing to do with him. I know a good part of this as the front end of the building the employees in the accounting dept heard and knew it all first hand.They will testify to these statements I am told.

He then confided in Claudia his co conspiertor on this and they set fort there plan of destruction so he can keep his assets.

So please don't tell the public that the company was bad they would not have been in this state almost three years if they had done any wrong.If they worked this company in another state this would not have happened. It took a big gay scumbag to alert them of the working in the state and put the wolves after the Cp Fortune.And I would cheer as others would too if the case gets dropped.

I hope for there sake they are set free and Mckeever is punished for the wrong doing here and not the family involved. They had comassion for the employees. They made good working conditions and when we needed personal help they were there. Just because McKeever got fired for extorting money out of the company and Claudia had gotton upset because her oun personal problems and quite does not give them the right to put over 100 people out of work because they did wrong.

Claudis haited her marrage and her upchucking son as he withered away everyday sticking his finger down his throat he was also Gay. Probably if he had look at a picture of his Mom it would have had the same effect sickning.I herard she suied her last company for sexual harassment she has a pattern like Mckeever going after the people they work for. To tell you the truth who would of harast her they would have had to be blind.

McKeever one day was serching the company for who has pot (Marawana). He wanted to buy some I will never forget it. He even asked me and I said I did it years ago but no more I like my job. He was the biggest scumbag. Then he found some and tried selling it to the guys in the shipping dept. So how good is he? He lied on his application I heard and his past references were bogus so how does a group of law enforcers believe a gay, extorting, credit card stealing, pot selling mother f**ker.

He I heard from Jeromey say he stole the owners credit card numbers and charged guitar equipment/Wheels and other personal articles on it around $80,000.00."FRAUD" So how bad was this company I think the bad was the pot smoking LIMO DRIVER crupting everything in his way of getting money.

So please leave the company alone as if it was in business we would all be there collecting a good salery.

Im glad I had a chance to work with these people as they are one of a kind in my book and many others that I know of. I worked in Customer relations and there were more satisfied people calling with the product then people irate as the complaint against the company states.

If this goes to court I know as others will stand up for what is right here and bring justice to the people who have suffered here.And that is a promis by many!

The case against them was flimsy from the start and I have recently learned any charges pending are going to be dropped as a result of no evidence.
