Cupids turns on auto-billing when you subscribe (against ones will), with the customer forced to MANUALLY turn off auto billing. I DID TURN OFF AUTO-BILLING after I bought a 3 month subsciption last year. When I added another 1 month subscription 2/03/2014, apparently Cupids again TURNED AUTO-BILLING BACK ON in my account (against my consent and knowledge).

In response to my request to reverse the charges, Cupids sent a form letter explaining why they had the legal right to steal from me.
