Well, I have joined the club... This morning I discovered a charge of $47.00 on my bank account. I never authorized them to charge me for anything so I started to dig the internet for the company. Sure, many complains, many people having the same problem. Called customer service number and after about 15 min. waiting I spoke to the lady who apologized and promised to return the money within 5-7 days. Will see and let you know when I get it.
