I had signed up with these blithering idiots back on January 1st because of their advertisement " unlimited service" comes to be, that it's not unlimited.
I called to cancel the service, and I had very little help with doing so. I was hung up on 3x, and when I finally got someone on the phone, I was told to "go somewhere else" and "you suck" by someone there named torsten
This company is such crap. After a bit of research, both on this site, and the web, they have many other complaints and other bullshi* sites too.
If anyone has had similar experiences with these fools, please post more.

1 i handled all the customer complaints as well as the signups and had to tell people on a daily basis of the packages they were buying
2 the server companies such as broadwing do allow a limited amount of hours
3 the only way that you are get said unlimited hours is from a dedicated connection such as cable or dsl of which at the time of my working there and most of these complaints being filed was not offered by voodoo
we offered 56k dial up and 64k and 128k isdn
i have worked for another isp since the time of this rebuttal and the unlimited is the same they are allowed to advertise unlimited which i do not know why but offer a limited set number of hours.
furthermore if you have a complaint regarding language used against yourself i would suggest you contact the proper authorities and let them ivestigate it fully.also at the time we did and i assume that they still will provided that there is a cancellation or any other consumer complaint i have said in the past that i helped to get voodoo launched before it was sold to the current owner and i will testify to anyone that they will receive proper customer support from the if not they would not have been in business for over 5 years.
so kindly sir i ask that you provide evidince of your accusations and the hours you are offered

Vov.. You are completely incorrect that 100 to 150 hours is unlimited to most people. I stream audio from my connection at home, it is connected 24/7 to the internet. In one month, that's roughly 720 hours. 7 times your "unlimited".
Unlimited to most people is just that... Unlimited.

i am a former employee of voodoo my very good friend started that isp and i was there and watched it grow from the start we always gave the utmost attention too customer support and technical issues as a small business must to keep up with the corporate companies.as far as yourself being told it was unlimited acess yes to most normal people 100 to 150 hours of internet time is unlimited all internet companies advertise unlimited usage and give the same amount of time.i worked for torsten for more than a year after he bought voodoo and i cannot see him saying things like that to a customer or potential client.i believe that this report was made by a rival isp trying to ruin the reputation of a company that offers good service at a good price
