After reading about Horizon PC and CPU-PARTS on the Internet Rip-Off report and being notified by my Credit Card I canceled my order and asked for a refund.

On Jan 5th they emailed me that the credit would be seen in 2-4 business days. It is 14 days later and no refund. No response from email request to confirm that the money was returned.

Hello,

For all those who have been taken by CPU Parts Int (www.cpu-parts.com) I recommend you take the 15 minutes to file a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General.

Arkansas Policy:
As you know, Arkansas law does not permit us to represent you in private disputes, nor can we sue solely to recover your losses or damages. We may, however, sue in the name of the State of Arkansas where the public interest requires it and where the nature and frequency of complaints against a particular person or business indicate the person or business is engaging in a pattern and practice of deceptive and unconscionable trade practices.

So as you can see, each of us will not get our money back but if we all file complete accounts of what happened, then perhaps the Attorney General can throw the bastards in jail! I can't believe the web site is still allowed to operate. Uggghhhh!
