C.R. England fired/terminated, instead of fixing air brake's correctly or under sec. 5 of dot reg's Salt Lake,City Utah

before I was fired on Feb. 28th 2007 the truck I was driving or was issued #56575 would fail the applied air brake test several time's. the company ordered me to take it the shop several time's ,all they did was
checked the problem. but the company never ordered any mechanic to fix the problem. Apperently the mechanics at the shop's didn't even do the air brake tests right or properly under section 5, and yet they certified they paperwork.

this happened around 4-5 times, and twice the slack adjuster's went out of adjustment too as well, and they were supposed to be self adjusting slack adjuster's?

After the 5th time I reported to the company the truck was still having air leak problem's, they made me sit and wait for two day's, instead of fixing the air leak. then they finally told me over the phone that they decided to terminated my employment with them, they would believe 100 mechanic's before they ever believe a driver?

Needless too say they left me stranded
up in Denver, Colorado for a month with no help or providing to get back home. they had the truck issued too somebody else as well a week later?

Well before I got issued the truck it was or used to be an owner operator truck they changed the number on it.if that tell's anybody anything.I even went too osha and they said even under the osha reg's and whistblower protection act, I still have no evidence or no case????
I was only working for them from Dec. 15th 2006 to Feb. 28th 2007 when they came out too the truck stop to pick up there truck with the repo guy they sent out the auro police department and told them it was a stolen truck and trailer? even after I sent them proper macro's over the qualcom regarding the truck needed repaired or fixed.

and they even told the police department that i didn't contact or call them for two day's which I had prior contact's with them for two via the qualcom unit.?

I'm just curiuos if there's been any former driver's out there with c.r. england or current driver's out there that had isssues regarding with air brake's and
air brake safety? thank's
