After I had an issue with my driving mentor, I was immediately released. The instructor told administrators that I was using my cellphone while driving as an excuse to get me removed from his truck. I never used my cellphone while driving. They released me without proof and still charged tuition. At that time, I was hoping to speak to someone who could place me with another driver but it never happened.

CR ENGLAND fired me in May 2016, for failing a safety ride following an accident I had in the Wal-Mart yard in California approximately one month before this. They were rude, demanding, and VERY uncompromising in that they were unwilling to work with me further with ALL the instructors they already had on salary in Salt Lake City, Utah. Even after firing me for this, they said I STILL owed them $ 4900 for school tuition and an additional $ 2500 to be able to get another DOT job before the 9 month period.
They are truly ARROGANT SCUMBAGS with total disregard for anyone but themselves. I had an opportunity for another job in my city, but needed to pay them to get clear of their contract to get this job before the 9 months was up. I am wondering now whether I can STILL try and sue them to get my money back even though I paid them and signed waivers.
