Craig took our retainer of $2500 and never gave us a straight answer, just said he couldn't do our loan due to "incorrect" information we provided. NOT TRUE.

We were completely transparent and Craig did exactly what I unfortunately suspected he would - take my $2500 and never show ANY proof of "due diligence" Charging $2500-$5000 per application and never funding a loan must be a great business model.

Go elsewhere if you really expect to get funded. We tried to resolve the issue with him and he refused to talk to us and only sent brief emails saying he was keeping our money . The guy is totally unethical and should not be trusted.

I asked the clients broker upfront about the leasehold agreement and was told no .Yet during the underwriting this came up and other issues with the deal after working on this deal for a month . The clients broker did not represent this deal accurately.
