Craig Warren Unethical and Unprofessional Business Practices Cumming Georgia

The above review was posted by Craig Warren who resides in Cumming, Ga.  Mr. Warren contacted Alliance Roof Coatings in June, 2013 regarding his desire to have a roof coating application applied to an investment property he owns in Dawsonville, Ga.  Mr. Warren showed himself to be arrogant, erratic and irrational during our involvement with him.

We at Alliance felt during our involvement with Mr. Warren that he was mentally unstable.  Mr. Warren states in his posting that Alliance uses subcontractors throughout the country.  This is totally false.  In fact, a principal of the company arrived at Mr. Warren's property with sufficient agreed upon advance notice to begin the project and Mr. Warren was a no show.  The principal of the company was there for two hours and Mr. Warren was absent. 

This posting and others prove to us that Mr. Warren has issues.  We decided that we did not want to do business with Mr. Warren in September, 2013 (a month and a half after contract execution) and he was refunded 100% of his down payment shortly thereafter.  I want this to register.  He was refunded all of his down payment.  Most rational people would move on.  Not Mr. Warren.  In February, 2014, three months after being totally refunded, Mr. Warren went scorched earth and filed negative reviews about Alliance on numerous sites throughout the country.  We have all or most of the reviews that Mr. Warren posted for our upcoming litigation. 

Now, in September, 2015 Mr. Warren is at it again posting negative reviews on various sites.  It has been 2 years.  Does this sound like a professional adult that is rational to deal with or someone that is childish?  We have contacted our legal counsel and they have contacted Mr. Warren regarding our intent to take swift and severe legal action against him.  If Mr. Warren feels he is justified in his reckless and careless actions, he can defend them in court. 

I attempted to have Leonard Bledsoe of Alliance Roof Coatings perform their so called service on a property I own for over 3 months (entire summer) and 84 individual correspondences all to no avail. He represents himself as a nationwide company but it soon became quite obviously to me that he attempts to assemble a subcontracted crew in every town in which the company claims to do business in, and that includes waiting for them when they're working for others. He had no workers compensation insurance because he has no employees in the field performing his services. All I received for 3 months was headache and excuses while my tenant had a leaking roof. If you are reading this do yourself a big favor by not falling for HIS deception like I did. ON A FINAL NOTE BY THIS INDIVIDUAL POSTING HERE WITH MY COMPANY AFFILIATION IS JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE AN ATTEMPT TO SLANDER MY REPUTATION  OUR INTERACTION HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH REAL ESTATE OR MY REAL ESTATE BUSINESS!

I am certain that the individual (anonymous) that made this report has nothing tangible to corroborate the false allegations alledged here in this forum and being that I do not have bad dealings with people, I know exactly who this person is and futhermore the individual has his story in reverse and the exact opposite to facts of my unscruulous encounter with his questional business tactics. His name is Leonard Bledsoe with Alliance Roof Coatings.
