Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was unfortunate enough to trust this company since it was local. I place my order back in April 2008. I was PROMISED by the compnay that I would recieve my cushions and arm pads within 6 weeks, well now it is July and I have written then and Faxed them now I have Certified mail going to them. I spent over $1000.00 I do not have a way to go to the warehouse in Petersburg, and I know that they have NOT been filling orders for many others.
I WANT my money back. I am very upset that this company does not have the DECENCY to call back any of their customers treating us like we are nothing. I would not order ANYTHING from these people if I were you.

To all of us that have been ripped off from HomeSpun Fashions or Crate Furniture. Due to all the red tape that the govenment needs to do, is why these people can continue to have the web site up.
The factory in Petersburg, from what I know is no longer in business, but I am sure they are still sending out swtaches and taking people's money.
I would love to know how this man McCraken, or his family can sleep at nights.
If you haven't already fill in a complaint form from Consumer Affairs, they need to see who all have been ripped off from this guy.
Any other updates I hear about I will update this report

Well these people got 2 Return Certified mail letters from me. I sent one to the Office in Mosely which was signed and I am assuming that they actually opened it. I sent one also to the Warehouse in Petersburg, and of course that one is STILL at the Post Office.
I am hoping that the owner would have the decency to take action and refund me in full.
But if you think about ordering from this TOTAL RIP OFF place DO NOT BEWARE
