We had no problem purchasing domain names, but the fax to email service is a waste of time and money. Don't bother asking them for help, as they are useless.

You can ask for a refund within 7 days, but it took longer than that for us to realise it wasn't working. The have an auto reply if you complain, and they don't listen to anything you say. Even when they ask for additional info, they send back the same stupid auto reply.

Spend your $60 elsewhere, as it will cost you more than that in time just trying to get it to work, and they will drive you nuts.
