Withdrew $39.90 from a state issued Visa card without my authorization. The website offers no service or information on who or what they do, except for the fact that you have unauthorized charges and should call their "customer service."

Thanks for tip, a credit score reporting site was one of the first things that crossed my mind, however, I had not subscribed to anything like that. The entire basis of the webpage CRDFRM.COM is, "did you see an unauthorized charge on your statement? If so, contact our customer service..." which, I assume will involve giving them more information?! No, THANKS... I could not find any product or service whatsoever on the site, only the one message, which is delivered by a cartoon immediately upon opening the page.

Did you check your credit score online? A site that probably offered to do it for free. A major concern for you is that their page has a "how to cancel" section. Sounds like this is a monthly charge until you cancel them out.
