Creative Capital Partner CCP C&D Corporate Service, Inc. They took a Ministries deposit for a construction and gave the ministry and construction comapny a funding letter and left both parties without any funds. Plus they took $330,000.00 from the church. Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania

I agree criminal charges need to be filed against C&D Corp and Creative Capital Partners.  I hope all the executive leaders receive jail time for stealing investors money.  They sing the same old song funding is coming and set false funding dates.  When day your company is to receive funding the money never reaches the bank account. If will support legal charges  filed against C&D Corp and CCP.  I would like to make sure these executives have liens placed against their names as well. 

You need to contact the fbi, sec and ftc. If you google how to report scams they will have links for each organization in order to file your complaint. DO NOT let them get away with this. I know the money is gone but they need to pay for taking everyones money and acting like they didnt.

Did the ministry receive their funding or refund yet?

I know there are people out there that are tyring to get all of those impacted by this company together for legal action. Look at the other posts to get that info.

These guys are the worst kind of people. The have a great profile on their website talking about how the customer is everything and they strive to deliver the best for those that they service. All they provide are false promises and lies. I am a victim as well and I know we cant get our money back nor will there ever be any funding. We need to get ripoff report to partner us together and go after these guys and we cant stop at a lawsuit we need to involve law enforcement and file criminal charges as well. 

 A friend and I are in the same situation and we don't know what to do. We would like to know if we can joint you on this law suite . It had been over 4 months and they are not responding to my calls and emails. They keep saying they will update us and they never give us any updates. We asked for 85k, where we were asked to give $10,200 as down payment. I don't know what to do.

 All ministries and Business beware of this company and all entities attached to this company. Do not release and funds nor purchase any Project Funding Insurance policices either. Carl McNeal, Lionel Rhodes or Tolie Miller are the senior Executive Partners.
