I was contacted by Peter Uzelac owner of Creative Moving Solutions about my move. He gave me a story how his service was the greatest and he bragged about living in a big fancy home in Fricso, TX close to where I was moving and "WELCOME" to the neighborhood. He said he would give me a "Binding Agreement...A Guaranteed Not To Exceed Price", was that a lie.

I was told my move would cost $1256.00 and I was given a bill for $2867.32 over double what he originally put in writing. I checked with TXDOT and found out that he could legally do this because I asked his workers to take my BBQ grill and a few extra plants. I read in the "Your Rights And Responsibilities" handbook that a binding guaranteed not to exceed price does guarantee you a maximum price. He told me he had full coverage insurance "I'm FULLY INSURED" he told me... was that a lie.

After doing some research, my mistake after the move, I found out Creative Moving Solutions was only insured to the State of Texas minimum requirements of .60 cents per pound of damage. Well to get back to my story, he told me all his employees were company employees and that was a lie too. I went to the Plano Day Labor Center to pick a couple of guys up to help me with the tree limbs that was damaged from the wind storm a few weeks ago. Guess who was there...? Peter Uzelac's company employees. When they saw me they hid behind the building hoping I did not see them. The reason they were hiding is because I am missing some jewlery that was in my master bathroom at the new home I was moving into.

The movers showed up an hour and a half late. The one driving smelt like budwiser beer and smoked in my house while moving. The other three movers looked like they had not had a bath in forever. One with tattoo all over his body bragging about how he just got out of prison a few weeks ago. I was so disgusted that I called Peter Uzelac and he assured me they were "THE BEST". They broke my two piece hutch top when one mover just dropped it arguing with the tattoo guy. The glass shattered everywhere. I was so upset.My husband was not there and out of town on work. I called Peter Uzelac and he came over to the home and tried to smooth talk his way out of paying for the damaged items. He said he would pay 50% of the damage cost if I would pay the other 50%. They did $6236.54 in damage and I lost $8567.35 in missing items.

I hope anyone who would consider using Creative Moving Solutions and Peter Uzelac to take the experience that happened to me and find another company to move you. I am very disappointed in my experience. I hope this will help others stay away from a company filled with lies and deception. Shame on you Peter Uzelac, you are the type of company that gives the moving industry a bad name. all I can say about Peter Uzelac is Liar...Liar...Liar!!! He even tried to solicit his wife's realtor service playing it off as she was a friend. He also refers a box and packing material company named tnkboxwarehouse.net saying it is owned by another person when in fact it is owned by he and his wife. Bothe are snakes in the grass. They need to be stopped. Please pass the word on to help others not be taken advantage of as I was.
