Creative Tax Solutions is a full-service tax firm. This encompasses filing tax returns for clients on a yearly basis, bookkeeping and accounting services for their clients, and most importantly tax resolution. Thomas Patti stated the following about his company, "we do a full tax investigation for our clients, find out the symptoms of what’s going on with their case. It takes about 7 to 10 days to essentially get all the information back from our client. And then we review that with our client to explain to them what needs to get fixed for your case. Just like if you’re going into… a medical situation… and then, at that point, we work on… realistic resolutions. So essentially, we can find out exactly what’s going on, how we’re going to fix it moving forward."

During the on-site interview, Mr. Patti was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Patti expressed that they rarely receive complaints, and the complaints they do receive are treated with great care, "my ultimate goal for the company is to make the consumer very happy with our model. If it’s gone down to the point where the client is…fed up, he’s unhappy with our situation, I will actually give our client a refund. So, no problem with that at all. It makes the client happy.
