I was interested to test and evaluate the product offered and was sent a sample. The fine print apparently stated that after 14 days if the company heard nothing further from me I would be billed $88.65 monthly until I cancelled. When I received the next charge on April 4, 2019, I called 1 888 313 0665.
The speaker demanded that I provided my delivery address. I explained that I did not wish to receive any further product and he then offered a 50% discount for further deliveries. I said I was not interested and asked for the arrangement to be terminated and the $88.65 refunded.
He refused and said he was too busy to stay on the line. I then spoke to a supervisor who was more polite but refused to cancel the charge. I would appreciate your further investigation of the matter.
