406 623 3001 appeared on my phone. I answered the call and a male asked me if I wanted to reduce the interest on my credit card. I asked which one and he mentioned citicard. Then he asked for my credit card no. When I refused to give it to him, he said that he would freeze my credit card so that I couldn't use it. I told him not to do that and then I hung up. He did not hang up. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he asked why I hung up on him and I said I wasn't interested and he just wanted to get my credit card no. He said my credit card no was on all bills that were sent to my house and he couldn't use it without the 3 digit security no on the back. Then he said F--k you and hung up on me. I tried calling but back but I kept getting a recording that said if I wanted them to stop calling to push the no 1 button. I keep thinking about the poor older or more naive people who might fall for his scam. His phone should be disconnected so that he can't call people.
