On May 27, 1987 the Credit Card Service Bureau, with letterhead showing the Springfield address, confirmed that I was a member in Good Standing through Lifetime for the services described in their brochures. Later on I received another confirmation that my membership Number 04922720 was for my lifetime. This new letterhead showed an address at Courthouse Square - 510 King Street, in Alexandria, VA 22314.

At this time of December 2012 all the phone numbers listed over the years have become non-existent:
