Credit Education Group told me that I was eligable to recieve a master card -all they needed was 298.00 ripoff fraud business Matiowide

On may 30, 2003 I recieved a phone call from credit education group saying that I was eligable to recieve a mastercard or a visa for a one time activation fee of $298.00. so by me being so stupid I thought that was a good idea.

They asked me when could they take the fee out and i told them on june 15,2003.afterwards i was connected to another individual who verified my address and everything. i was told my card would be shipped out to me in about 2 weeks. it is now july 3,2003. and i have not recieved my card.
