Credit Management Associates FOCU, CMA, Danny Romero Called my wife at home to offer debt consolidation on credit cards, told her they would save her thousands of dollars for a one time consolidation fee. When my wife called back next day to let them know we weren't interested they became very rude on the phone saying that we had entered into a leag agreement over the phone, that we were recorded and if we backed out they would seek legal counsel. Almost screaming over the phone with these types of threats. Far from a professional service. Waiting to see what happens next. We had to put credit alreats on all of or finances and file fraud reports with credit agancies, etc... orlando Florida

Contacted wife at home over phone.  First call came in from a "Bank Card Services" explaing to my wife how they could consolidate our credit card debt and save us thousands for a 1-time fee to them of $750.  After being sweet talked my wife agreed.  Next day when we called back to say we weren't interested, they informed us very rudely and sternly that she had entered into a legal agreement with them over the phone and they had recorded that.  If we backed out they threatened legal action.  Future call from them have come up as "unknown number". 

We have not followed up with this company, they asked that we call them back on December 5th which we do not intend to do.  We have had to put fraud alerts on all of our perssonal finances and have fiiled fraud reports with all appropriate agencies.  We cancelled all credit cards and are praying that these folks won't be able to somehow access our funds or other personal information.
