Louis is the so called manager and Lisa is the alleged owner of credit rise. This company claims to sell primaries to put on your credit to help boost your score but after they take your money the primaries never hit. They never answer the phones, they threaten to put a collection on your credit report if you do a charge back but never show proof that they purchased the primaries.
