We saw these people "helping people on MSNBC" and we called them and got sucked in. We started the program last summer. We paid over $3000 in fees now were are getting sued by all out creditors. They took care of nothing. We get 40 phone calls a day from creditors. We call credit solutions to ask what going on they put us on hold for hours or hang up on us.

When we do get someone on the phone they tell us they will call us back and they never do. Are creditors a racking up so much interest and lates fees when we settle for 40% its going to be more than we started out with. Can some one please give us advice on what to do?
