They do not know what they are doing. 3 months later and they still had not sent any disputes to Transunion. They are incompetent as all get out. They are rude and will not remove any items off your credit. I don't know how they stay in business. You have been warned!

It's believe, I believe.

It's ineffective, not uneffective (according to Mirriam-Webster and the American Heritage college dictionaries.)

So, it's one to one on the spelling bee.

But where it counts, I believe the ineffective credit fix-it service that was contracted finds itself at a serious 1 to 0 disadvantage. ;)

I'd like this "credit fix it" service to explain just one thing that any "fix my credit" outfit does (besides taking money that could be used to pay down debt quicker) that the consumer debtor cannot do for himself/herself.

Just one thing. So far, I have yet to see any "fix my credit" outfit answer that question!

I have an answer - NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. No one needs to contract any of these "credit repair" or "fix your credit report" outfits. The consumer debtor can do it all by himself/herself.

Gar are you serious? You couldn't even DEFEND 1 FACT that I stated.

YOU HAD MY TRANSUNION INFORMATION THE DAY I SIGNED UP. Are you even reading or is your ego so bruised that you are typing in a blind fury while foaming at the mouth to cover up your lies. WHAT PART OF THAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?

I GAVE your clown rep the info. YOUR COMPANY DID NOT DO THE WORK PERIOD!

I PAID YOUR COMPANY AND YOU DIDN'T DO THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR. BOTTOM LINE. I WAS RIPPED OFF. CUT IT OUT AND STOP WITH THE LIES.

Of course you can't explain why after TWO months TRANSUNION was not sent ONE letter. YOU ARE DAMNED RIGHT I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN. WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO THINK I AM GOING TO WAIT MONTHS WHILE YOU ARE TAKING MY MONEY WHILE YOUR REPS-IN-TRAINING DO NOTHING.

Obviously you ARE affected by me speaking out on the TRUTH about your raggedy company. And just to inform you anyone reading this can clearly see that you are a liar and not a person with integrity or dignity. I was a client that paid money and no service was rendered and yes I am going to MAKE IT KNOWN to the public that I spent MY MONEY and received ZERO results AND that you DO NOT HONOR YOUR REFUND POLICY. So therefore you are a LIAR and the fake guarantee that you have on your website is FRAUD.

You are making yourself look like such a fool and you don't even realize it. Trying to make silly assumptions about a paying customers character who you do not know while you ACHIEVED ZERO RESULTS working on my credit file makes you look like the scam artist you are. What would have been RESOLVED? Me continuing to PAY while you do NOTHING? I DONT THINK SO BUDDY.

What the hell do you keep bringing up my company for? Does that have ANYTHING to do with the FACTS at hand. I SIGNED UP, with your company NOT my clients. I AM BUSY WORKING HARD DAILY SO I HIRED YOUR COMPANY CAPECHE. ITS CALLED DELEGATING RESPONSIBILTY BUT YOU WERE NOT EQUIPPED FOR THE JOB.

I GOT DELETIONS, YOU DID NOT. What DELETIONS did you get Gar??...ZERO.

Worry about your own business and maybe you'd get some clients instead of fighting with a former client on the internet instead of admitting you were wrong and refunding me my money because you didn't do any work nor had ANY SUCCESS DELETING a SINGLE thing. Like I said and know this is costing you WAY more than you got from me and you KNOW it.

AND YES EQUIFAX inquiries DO come off in 1-3 days with a PHONE CALL. The number is 877-528-6488 and you must have your confirm #. You DO not know EVERYTHING about the credit system which is obvious so CUT OUT THE MISINFORMATION to the public. Learn something NEW instead of being a lame smart a*s.

AND You dont even NEED a Transunion file # to DISPUTE Online, on the PHONE, or in WRITING with TRANSUNION as LONG AS YOU HAVE THE ACCOUNT # and your SS#.

Gosh you are TRULY A CREDIT AMATEUR AND SOUND LIKE A MAJOR FOOL! You sound like you need CREDIT DISPUTES 101 basics class. How can you HELP me when YOU don't even know simple pre-school tips on disputing?

It is not that you CARE about anything because YOU as the owner of a company would not have let the situation get this far. YOU care about why the number of clients SIGNING up has decreased so you google searched and found my post. Its about the BOTTOM LINE $ for you not about your clients which is obviously on display here.

P.S. I will be contacting my attorney tomorrow about you posting my name (spelled wrong) of course on the internet. Keep it up with the cocky attitude and watch how fast "Credit Bureau DisExperts" stays around. LOL!

We made simple requests that you refused to cooperate with. We asked you for a Trans Union that we could use with a file number. You chose not to cooperate with our request and instead insulted your representative and complained. He shouldn't have had to push you for the information we needed to assist you. He only had to push you for the required information because you are uncooperative, that is the bottom line. You created a reason to complain by refusing to cooperate with us.

Occasionally in our industry we have to deal with customers that refuse to cooperate with us so that we may help them. Instead they insult our representatives and refuse to listen to anything we have to say. They Yell, scream, threaten us and make it impossible to help them. Any individual that reads your complaints can tell you fall into this category. Your insults (clowns, incompetent, curse words) only serve to discredit you, so sue yourself.

The fact that you are outsourcing work from your own company speaks volumes.
By the way, inquiries take 2-3 weeks to be removed not days. Credit reports take 5-7 days to be delivered not three weeks. Again, get your facts straight. Whether a Tri merge is Accurate or not, WE NEEDED A TRANS UNION WITH A FILE NUMBER.

Had you listened to your representative instead of fighting with him and his supervisor all of this would have been resolved and you would have nothing to complain about.

We are responding so that consumers see that we care enough to respond. We will also respond to any other agency you report us too accordingly.

Note: We are not intimidated by you or your threats. We have thousands of cooperative satisfied customers. We have every right to respond to your complaints just as you have the right to complain.

First of all you should have left well enough alone but you had to take me there.

Your company SUCKS period. Ladies and gentlemen this is an example of what you have to deal with when doing business with this company which I highly DONT advise.

You have spelled my name WRONG. Why dont you go over your facts and get the basics right and then maybe you wont look like a fool right now. Are you really a person qualified to work on consumer credit when you can't even get the details right? I think not.

FACT:
You have my name spelled wrong and you put it on the internet. Are you serious? Is this someone that a client can trust with their highly valuable information. Do you really think any client would want to deal with you based on this alone. You are a real jerk.


FACT:
Like I STATED I DID NOT NEED reports ordered because I had them. It is NOT convenient to wait 2-3 weeks for reports to arrive after I have already paid for the service. Any thinking person can figure that out.

FACT:
Anyone in the CREDIT INDUSTRY will let you in on a secret that a Tri-Merge is just as accurate and is updated DAILY. They are PULLED from each bureaus system. HELLO. The same items that were on the Tri-Merge that I sent in June were...are you ready...there in July...there in August....and Drumroll please....THERE NOW! The same items that I told your clown rep I was concerned about when I signed up. That your company was UNEFFECTIVE with REMOVING!


FACT:
I TOLD your REP IN THE BEGINNING I was NOT concerned with Equifax at all...BUT he still ASKED for the confirmation number. When I EXPLAINED that my Equifax was clean he PRESSED for it and that is the ONLY REASON I gave it to him.

FACT:
I CALL Equifax MYSELF to remove inquries which takes maximum 3 DAYS to be deleted. I have the number to the fraud department which is EASY to do. Why would I wait a month to have your company write letters when it only takes a phone call? DONT TAKE CREDIT FOR MY OWN WORK. YOU DID NOTHING!! I REMOVED THOSE MYSELF.

Also this PROVES my original FACT that the TRI-MERGE DOES WORK BECAUSE HOW WOULD YOU KNOW THAT MY REPORT HAD CHANGED? EXACTLY MY POINT....THE LIES CONTINUE. I TOLD YOU NOT TO F*** WITH ME DIDN'T I?

FACT:
I removed 60 items ON MY OWN. I told your clown rep that I had 3 stubborn items that were taking a while to come off and I outsourced the work because A)I'm busy. B) I thought you may have known things that I didn't to get the remaining items deleted. YOUR COMPANY REMOVED NOTHING!

DO NOT SIT THERE AND GLOUT ABOUT MY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CREDIT WHEN MY REPORTS ARE THEY SAME AS THEY WERE IN JUNE WHEN I SIGNED UP. WHAT DO YOU KNOW? WHY WERE MY ITEMS NOT DELETED???? YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE "CREDIT BUREAU EXPERTS"???? THAT IS SO LAUGHABLE TO ME. WHERE WAS THE EXPERT? HE OBVIOUSLY FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL!

WHAT ARE YOU AN EXPERT AT? FRAUD? If I had not cancelled my card you would have still been deducting money from my account even though after 3 months you STILL had not done one piece of work on my Transunion and I WAS THE ONE COMPLAINING and bringing it your attention. Any real company would have rectified the situation and would given me a refund when they ADMIT they never worked on my reports.

I PAID almost $200 to your company and NOT ONE item was removed! NOT ONE and you KNOW IT. IT WAS NOT FREE..I PAID. Your policy states that if items are not removed you will refund the money is that not true? After 2 months if your company couldn't even send out ONE dispute to Transunion DONT YOU THINK it was TIME for me to CANCEL and ask for a REFUND? You DID NO WORK so WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE BEEN PAID!

You HAD my reports and chose not to do what I paid for! So how am I making irrational complaints????? You are a LIAR and you know it. You are just trying to save face because you know that the public is reading this and it is hurting your business. You should have done the right thing by me as a customer KNOWING that you were wrong and you didn't and NOW it is going to cost you MORE. The TRUTH IS THE TRUTH!

Also it is AGAINST the law to Post my information online like that. I suggest you remove that before I sue you for defamation. You are dealing with the wrong one.. BUT I think by NOW you have figured that out.

You apology is NOT accepted. I have intiated a chargeback with my bank and have reported you to the BBB and the Florida Attorney General.

First of all, you were on our program two months not three. You should stick to facts if you are going to make complaints. Why you would complain that a service was provided for your convenience (ordering your credit reports) is beyond our comprehension?????

So let's highlight the facts of this matter.

Fact: We were aware that you sent us a Tri merge credit report. You were also made aware that we cannot work from tri merge reports because they do not contain information that is needed to launch an investigation with the credit reporting agencies such as, file numbers, report numbers and confirmation numbers. You were told this more then once, when you enrolled in our program and again after you sent us the tri-merge report from TrueCredit.

FACT: You never sent us a Trans Union credit report to work on after being told we could not use a Tri -merge report to access Trans Union. When we attempted to order your Trans Union report originally we were denied access because you had an open dispute pending that was initiated by you. We ordered the Trans Union report after the dispute closed and you never sent it into us.

FACT: You called our office and gave a representative here an Equifax confirmation number (717103XXX) and an Experian report number (190464XXX) so that we could access your credit files.

If you did not want us to work on Equifax why would you provide us with a confirmation number to work from?

FACT: You did have negative inquiries showing on your Equifax report (12 to be exact) and we disputed them for you.

FACT: You claimed that you owned a credit repair company and did not 'understand why you hired our company in the first place'. This baffles us as well???? You claimed that you owned a company that can do what we do, yet you hired us to do it for you. Huhhh???? We don't know what we are doing???? We are the incompetent individuals???

The real bottom line here is we honor our policies and help individuals that work with us to get help. It is not a policy of this company to give refunds to individuals that attempt to get free work done by initiating irrational non factual complaints.

First of all I HAD my credit reports! I did not need you guys to order a d**n thing. You sent a dispute letter to Equifax when I TOLD YOU there were NO negative items on their and NOT to dispute with them as there was no need to. So what does your company do? You guessed it sent disputes to Equifax. So you are WRONG on your point B) and see below for you being wrong again on point A)

I gave them my TrueCredit report when I signed up bottom d**n line. YOU HAD MY REPORTS and NEVER disputed with Transunion.

This company is truly horrible. I asked for a refund because they did nothing and they would not honor their policy so I had to charge back with my bank. I have reported them to the BBB and Florida Attorney General.

You are a bunch of crooks and liars Gary.

Do not do business with this company. You will be on this site with the same complaints if you do!

From time to time a credit report will not be sent to the consumer do to the fact that their address can't be verified. If this is the case we send out the necessary request forms to our customers in order to assist them in receiving their reports.

We work on all three credit reports for our clients Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. There are only two circumstances that would prevent us from completing investigations on a particular report.

A) The credit report (mailed directly from the agencies to the client) was never forwarded to our office from the client.

OR

B) The credit report in question had no adverse items showing to investigate.

Please notice that the client failed to identify themselves leaving use with no method of investigation their concerns or rectifying their situation.
