CREEL MOTORS THEFT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR STEALING PEOPLES MONEY ST PETERSBURG, Florida

  I bought a car in October 2011.I had the car three hours and the engine light came on. I  had to replace the power steering  3 days after I bought the car at my cost. I have never been late on a payment and had signed a credit card authorizaton for my payments to be withdrawn from my account. There was a mix up in there office  they did not take my payment and they repo my car.I was never informed of a problem. I had given  my new Florida telephone number  to the clerk and  said they had incorrect information on file and  left a message on my out of state phone which is know longer working. Now to get the car back they want me to pay 300.00 Repo fee .I had asked to speak to the owner and was told by the desk clerk the owner does not speak to the public.They where to withdraw my payment on December 31 2011 and they repoed it January 3.2012 This company needs to be closed by the State of Florida State Attorney Offfice. I am going to pay the 300.00 to get my car back but I am going to file a complaint with the State. I have my bank statement proving the money was in my account.  I called several times totry and work this out with them and the same clerk who made the mistake kept hanging up on me. This company has complaints all over the internet and the same story over and over again. I have know idea where the 300.00 is going. This was there mistake! NOT MINE
