Cresent Processing Company Charging me $495.00 because I cannot afford thier services dallas, Texas

my husband and I decided we wanted to add credit card service to our company so our clients could pay with credit cards instead of cash/checks. Cresent Processing company sent over a gentleman to do the sale. the man told us we could cancel anytime. what he failed to tell us was that if we canceled we will be charged $495.00. I lost my job and our company has slowed down and we just can not afford to pay for thier service. So they told me since i cant afford monthy payment i will be charged 495.00.they refuse to waive the charges. I would be very careful with this company, and also read the fine print.
