Crest Infinity This was the worst car buying experiance of my life. This dealership uses every sales tactic that gives other sales professionals a bad name. If you are looking for a car dealer who lies, misrepresents, ignores callas and emails, adds over $2000 to your agreed price, does not disclose or produce ANY documents until two days after you take delivery, and breach their contract,
tell you the same day you drove the car off the lot that the problems with the radio and navigation system are your problem, call you a week after the sale their finance company can't do the deal, you will LOVE these guys. Just a horrible experiance that makes every part of it creepy and just how screwed over you just got.. Frisco TX

"adds over $2000 to your agreed price"
Why didn’t you walk out the door? You still went through with the deal so now you are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse.
"does not disclose or produce ANY documents until two days after you take delivery, and breach their contract"
There was no documentation; therefore, you didn’t sign an agreement and you aren’t obligated to purchase the car. How can they breach a contract that wasn’t produced or signed?
"problems with the radio and navigation system are your problem"
How did the radio and navigation system perform during the test-drive?
"a week after the sale their finance company can't do the deal"
That’s great news because now you can walk away from a car with radio and navigation system issues.
