My daughter was almost raped at age 12 by one of the residents of this community. His name is Otha Maxie who he is currently incarcerated at the Cobb County Jail for re-offending against another child. His current address the jail records have on file and registered with the sex offender registry (as of 2/7/17 when he was re-arrested) was THIS complex in apartment #825. I would definitely think twice before considering to live here especially if you have children. What is it exactly you have to do to qualify to live here?
