Crestview financial is a predatory lending Institution they manipulate the laws by making you sign a confession of judgment as a requirement for getting the merchant cash advance a then charge up to 300% interest on these loans when you try to re negotiate the terms to keep from going out of business they refuse they simply take this COJ to the court and get a UCC lien against your business then they freeze your bank account.
DO NOT DO business with these people they are very DISHONEST. Thier only mission is to put small businesses out of business not help small businesses.

It sounds like you took a loan when you needed it and received unfavorable terms because you have poor general financial practices. Then, once you received the money and were no longer distressed because you got out of the hole you were in, you decided that you deserved better terms than they offered and decided not to pay.
I have had one of these "working capital"-type loans and i know that they dont just file a coj for no reason. I had a hardship and they let me lower my payments until I got back on track. These private lenders will always prefer to work out an adjusted payment schedule and get their money back eventually than file a coj and only get (potentially) a small portion on the money backand pay legal fees.
You probably just stopped paying and did not communicate with the lender and they had no choice but to use the only recovery tool they had. Consensus: Original Poster is the "RIPOFF"

Since you can't seem to write a few simple paragraphs using the rules of grammar, punctuation and sentence structure that little kids in the second grade learn, you probably haven't any clue of understanding what you're talking about. Adults don't write continuous run-on sentences unless they fully enjoy looking illiterate! Secondly, when a deadbeat starts whining about the term "predatory lender", it's a dead giveaway there is much more to the story than written!
