I just had the same experience as Jerome. Went to the 2 hour lecture, received the information that had to be sent by certified mail and today (7 weeks later) I received a sealed envelope from the Redemption Center with nothing on it! I have no phone number to reach them at and when you look up the address, it is actually a mail box at a UPS store. I would love to file a suit, but these people don't exist.
