Cricket Wireless Online Order Shipping manafest wrong so 19 people did not receive phones Internet

 On 3/11 I ordered a phone from Cricket on 3/12 they show shipping it out.As of 4/25 we do not have a phone.If you at post office tracking #it looks like post office has but the post office sent a bag of phones back to the warehouse cause the manafest was wrong.The post office talked to man at Brightpoint because they did not know why they got product back.Supposedly a Ryan knew what was wrong and said they would take care of it.Well apparently there solution was to put bag in corner and do nothing.So 19 people have NO phone and you can't get a refund cause they say post office has it and they can't take your confirmation number out of system only Cricket can take out confirmation number.The reps.at Cricket have told me 20 different lies of why phone not here or they say contact post office.The problem is with the shipping but I have no control over that and noone with Cricket will ever call me back like they say they will.I would suggest not ordering online with these people.I'm out $97.00 maybe this will keep someone else from loosing money.
