05/24/2013 car racing full throttle with emergency and floor brake on.  Stopped car after shifting to "N".  called  Hanover Roadside Prgm.  Rachel on-line at approx. 4:25 p.m.  Unable to hear well,: 3 phone calls, last at 5:50 p.m.  Told  another 3 hr. wait for tow:also told me I could call my own, to be covered up to $150, as only 2 towing available.  I told her no phone, or numbers.  Gas station man had difficulty also! 

She chewing on gum or candy, so talk diff. to hear. Tues., 5/28, told by Hanover agent, only $75 of 117.50 charge to be covered, not $150 told by dispatch.  I phoned family, got local tow to Firestone Repair.  Told "rachel", I handicapped, senior, just back surgery 1 wk. ago.  She cared less- no help!  My car going over 65mph with both brakes on.  who needs dispatch gives wrong info, and no help!   Told by agent rews Ins., Elgin, Il. that due to difficulty I would paid $117.50.  time will tell!
