Why is it  that all these people that are posting this crap will not show their names.  Because they are full of it.  It is driven from one guy who is the biggest con artist in florida he knows who he is yet he posts all these "fictitious names" show your ugly face.  Go ahead name ONE person that money was stolen from name one you cant.  Name one person and show a bounced pay check you can't. This is Adrianna and NOT Bill Vela. All my pay checks where from Closed First. All signed by Steve LALONDE. My w2 is from Closed First.
I have no interest at all in the business arrangements between Steve and others. All I wanted was my pay. Five weeks of pay is a BIG deal in my life.

You, who ever you are, call Bill (who I know too) theif and lier. I think Steve is worst then that. With a private residence worth millions, actually the taxes alone each year is what my entire yearly income was....and he screws over "little people" trying to make ends meet. Thats a REAL AH. Nothing worst then a greedy employeer screwing his workers. That's why this country is in such a terrible condition financially. Because of GREEDY humans like Steve.
No wonder he lives in fear, having all his staff monitered with cameras 24/7 on his four 20 " flatscreen moniters. You can't even go to the bathroom in the building without a pass/security id card. He surely has creditors or IRS knocking his door al the time. It's not only his employeed people he does not pay. It's the people who build his boatdocks and installs the marble in his home too.
We who don't need boatdocks and marble, but need to pay rent and buy food, suffer because of people like Steve. He should be ashamed and you should too for defending him.

Do you know more people that got "bad checks" or no paycheck at all?
I got one bad check but Steve was then 5 paychecks "behind"? Every week I was told wait a few days, then a few days became a week and more...suddenly I would get a check but the it was not the one I should have a week ago. It kept on for over 3 months with no paycheck then I would get two of them,,and all became a mess. Not only that from being an employee where Closed First paid for my taxes, I found out that some of my pay was as an independent contractor, where IRS sent me a letter that I owed them over $2000...Closed First had also included the 5 checks I never got (guess they deduct that so they pay less taxes), and it included the bounced check too.
Steve and Amy own property like their bayfront house currently worth about $1.4 mil. According property tax records they also seem to own the office building they operate from. Their properties are all listed under one of their many corporations sometimes with a little "tweak" to the name so it will not be so easy to find. Just like Steve has some of his corporations listed under Steve and some under Stephen..also to make it more difficult for IRS and lien holders to find out what they own etc. They seem to have a long history of "screwing" people..and have gotten away with for a long time. While they live the life of the rich and famouse...they screw over contractors and employees.
I would like to get in contact with other employees that got screwed on their pay.

Obviously the person who wrote the rebuttal on that report is the Manager Michael Petroski the liar. He will fool anybody into believing that it is all ritten by disgruntled employees. That is not the case. Stop trying to cover your butts by lying about the ex-workers there. As soon as we catch on to their schemes they either quit or are fired without pay checks or commision. I am not an employee.

Seriously, If Crossland Credit was a scam,we would not have been in business this long. We have many satisfied clients that get many negative items removed from their credit report saving them thousands of dollars and are very satisfied with our service. Maybe what some people do not understand is that credit repair is a PROCESS. It did not occur overnight and will not be removed overnight. Crossland Credit is not a scam. Almost every single report on here is written from people in Florida and we only have three clients in Florida and NONE of them are from the Ft. Lauderdale area. These are all people who used to work with Crossland upset because they got let go .. probably for lying to clients and making them believe they will get a loan in thirty days or less.
