CrossPeak Solutions was recommended to me by SALESFORCE to implement 3 things in January 2019.

1. Import and analyze my sales data on Salesforce.

2. Implement my email marketing program on the Marketing Cloud.

3. Set up my sales program on Communities.

Items 1 and 2 were supposed to be completed by March.

By the end of April, NOTHING was completed and they attempted to bill for for 7K.





You should know - they have NO experience with the marketing cloud (they couldn't even get an opt in form to work) and that's after having 2 sub-contractors attempt to set it up. And they have NO idea how Communities work.

FIRST RED FLAG:

I should have know something was up when they billed me AN HOUR to change my logo on the Salesforce Portal.

SECOND RED FLAG:

The changed “interns” or “account managers” on me three times in a few months.

THIRD RED FLAG:

Admission that they have zero experience with communities and outsourced the implementation of the marketing cloud.

I'm sure they will say that my situation was complicated and unique.

This would be incorrect.

I've since signed up for INFUSIONS SOFT and had my entire solution implemented by Rubicon Creative in 60 days...and for less than HALF the cost.

As you can image I didn't pay their bill and their attempting to collect for their failure of service. I was going to just let them go...but since they're trying to collect...I figure I should let the world know.

Response to unwarranted claims by Damian Ross Re: My Self Defense unpaid and overdue invoices

Damian Ross signed a time and material contract with CrossPeak Solutions. After wasting 73.5 hours of my staff's time he claimed ignorance to the terms of our agreement. When we attempted to enforce our agreement he went on public forums to attempt to harm our brand. 

We did have an issue with a subcontractor we hired for the Marketing Cloud implementation as we had recently lost our lead but we terminated our engagement with the partner due to issues and all hours logged by the partner were immediately credited back to Damian's account.  We currently have 4 fully certified Marketing Cloud professionals working on our staff.  We have implemented hundreds of successful communities for our clients.

Following this post, in an attempt to clear our name, we offered to void all invoices in exchange for the removal of these unwarranted claims but Damian refused to reply to all 3 requests via email so I have no other option than to attempt to defend our position here. If you have any questions please contact us directly so I can further explain our position.

In the meantime, I highly encourage you to search for My Self Defense and Damian Ross on Ripoff Report's website as there are multiple other posts that will aid you in establishing the character of this company and individual. I recommend all companies avoid working for My Self Defense in the future.  Their business is not worth your time and effort and you will likely not get paid in the end.
