Crowe Painting and Restoration (Terry Detrick, Owner) Did not perform leaving room a disaster Anderson Indiana

Do not under any circumstance enter into a contract with this company. They have multiple judgments, liens, and bankruptcies attached to them. 

Employed them to drywall a small room and was left high and dry. Would not come back to finish work or repair the damage they caused. Made the mistake of paying them before completion.

The walls were left in a disastrous condition without finishing, trim broken and left for me to replace, none of the debris was hauled off but left for me to hire another to remove, and the floors and piano were not covered leaving them damaged.

Another drywaller, from this company, showed up days later saying it would take three days for him to fix the mess the owner had created. Needless to say, I never saw him again either.

I've now paid another company $1000 to complete the room fixing the mess Terry Detrick created. I've also paid another company to remove the garage full of debris (the paneling that was removed) so I can have a place to park.

Bottom line, I have a date in Small Claims Court (no way is he going to show), advised the BBB, filed a complaint with State Attorney General's Office, and told Home Advisor to please remove these scammers from their list of recommendations. A simple search on the computer revealed Mr. Detrick has multiple judgments, liens, and bankruptcies in his name. Wish I had seen this before contracting.
