We were overcharged for services originally agreed upon when our credit card was ran without our permission for an amount different than what we discussed originally. It was a bait and switch scheme. Once installation was complete according to Crown Audion and it was not what we originally discussed, we were charged "more" to get what the initial agreement was. After the owner, Nael Yacoub promised a credit it was never issued. A man/ company who goes back on their promises is a liar and not a company/ man that is trustworthy, competent, reliable nor reputable.

Company has now changed its name and also has a new website. Changing your name doesn't make my initial complaint invalid. The other rebuttal is obviously staged. Why would I disconnect my own equipment after paying thosuands of dollars? Laughable. After finding another Lutron rep to fix our lighting system originally done by Crown Audio or now Crowne Audio. He asked if Crown Audio provided us with the digital data file for the Lutron. I said no. He contacted them directly and the owner said he didn't have the file as it was stolen from his laptop. Complete BS. We had to start from scratch with the programming, however, at least I found an honest reliable person to take care of my needs.

I have used Crown Audio as well as several of my friends and we have never had ANY issues. This is the best home audio company you will find. The owner stands by his work and is a man of his word. It looks to me like you disconnected the equipment and reconnected it yourself. I have seen several installs from Crown Audio and not one is even remotely close to looking like that. I can understand if you had a small issue but don't go posting pictures of something that wasn't done by the company. They wouldn't be in business if they did work like that. Not to mention there would be thousands more complaints on here. Seems to me like we have another classic case of a keyboard commando who loves to create negativity because he didn't get a free sucker with his install.
