I purchased a used Mercedes which was advertised to be Certified Pre Owned. Upon contacting another dealer for a repair after the sale, I was told the vehicle was not certified, and has no warranty. This was confirmed by Mercedes. The dealership refuses to correct the problem, or offer any solution despite the fact they claimed on 2 different websites that the vehicle was CPO.

This dealer seems to constantly get away with defrauding consumers Mercedes benz and this dealer should be sued and Mercedes Benz should take there franchise away.

Lots of people having similiar and bad stories with this dealer
