SOLD ME CAR CAR FOR MY SON THAT WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE WE BOUGHT AND 4.5 MONTHS LATER THE WHOLE ENGINE STARTED FALLING OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR CAUSING THE STEERING TO FAIL HE COULD HAVE BEEN DRIVEING CAR WHEN IT HAPPENED AND HE MY HAVE GOT HURT OR CAUSED SOMEONE ELSE TO GET HURT OR WORSE TRIED TO TALK TO THEM ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SEEL ANOTHER CAR WITH MORE PROBLEMS SO PLEASE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY SAY THEY STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL UNTIL YOU LEAVE THE LOT THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR A CAR THATS SITTING IN THE JUNK YARD IF ANYONE OUT HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PLEASE POST

We have bought many cars from Crown and are VERY satisfied with them. They are ethical and provide outstanding service.
I do not believe they were aware this could happen to your car or they would not have sold it that way. If you sell thousands of used cars you will, of course, have issues with a few.
Their service is not the cheapest but is very reliable and competent. It's the only place we will take our 1996 Miata and 2000 Millenia.

There was a nationwide recall on the subframe mount bolts failing and tha back of the subframe coming loose and causing loss of steering this dealer probably assumed that this car had been to a dealer to have this repaired as the new bolts look the same as the older version only they are stronger. I would take Vin # to local GM dealer to see if this recall was preformed if it wasnt then the gm dealer might fix for free if the time frame for the recall has not expired.
