Crown/D.R.HORTON Crown Communities My husband and I bought a our home in Loganville Georgia from Crown/DR Horton.THEY BUILD WITH CHEA Conyers Georgia

 We have only been living in our home for 4 years. We have been encountering multiple issue from the day we move in until present, with electrical problem with the structure of the house such as Patio roofing falling down off the house during the first year of living in the house. One day when we outside doing yard work we noticed the siding on our house had started to bubble up and began to look wavy from the side, after watching the for some time we noticed that the siding of the house started to get worst.

We contacted DR Horton Warranty Department regarding this matter and were told that it would fall under the first year warranty. Being persistent I continue to follow up which took three years for them to come out and look at the problem, which also require an inspection from an Engineer, only to found out that our house was not built under the proper Gwinnett County Code, and was immediately order to repair.

Now we are still fighting to get this matter resolved, dealing with busted walls, electric wires coming through the wall that still not fix. DO NOT BUY A DR HORTON HOME THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR HOMES OR THE QUALITY OF IT.
