Crowne One Network, Inc LCI All Hands Car Wash, Illegal Collections After Fraudulent "Free Trial" after ID theft, Internet

Like the previous poster, I was contacted by this company After a supposed Free Trial for a car wash service that I never used or signed up for.  I got a call and a letter that stated I owed them for more than 4 months of service. The total is now $178 When I asked where is the proof that I used this service, they said the actual physical car wash cannot give them records of how many times it was used (if it was ever used!) and there was no way to determine that.

I had been the victim of ID theft at that time and told them of the fraudulent activities as well as the police report information.  So I thought it was taken care of, that is until I started getting the collection notices again this year! Now they are have started calling my cell phone and leaving messages that are "urgent"

It seems impossible to deal with this company as nothing was resolved even though I was told I would no longer be billed since I never signed up for their service.  It seems that they tell everyone that they have no record of people canceling their service.

This account shows up on my credit report.  The collection agency is Crowne One Network, Inc. and I will do whatever it takes to get this off my report because this is fraud!
