My husband was also ripped off by this company. Thry told him he would have a one-time fee. He had it withdrawn from his banking account. Shortly afterwards he closed that account and was glad he did! They tried to charge all kinds of fees that were ridiculous. He was receiving letters stating he owed a few hundred dollars in fees. He never even got the chance to use the card. We stopped receiving letters finally because he told them he was not told and did not owe them anything on a card he couldn't even use. Wished we had known.
